Crafted using a traditional alcohol tincture method at a 1:3 herb-to-menstruum ratio and 45–50% alcohol content for optimal nervine and adaptogenic extraction.

Instructions for Use

This product is suggested for adults only.

• Shake well before each use.
• Start with 1–3 drops in a small glass of water, tea, or juice, 2–3 times daily.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if the seal is broken.
• Keep out of reach of children. 

May be taken directly under the tongue for faster absorption, though usnea's favor is bold and earthy. 

You may increase dosage gradually to 1 full dropper (approximately 20-30 drops) per serving, up to 3 times per day, or as advised by your healthcare provider or herbalist. Each person is unique, take the minimum amount needed for your specific body.
